Do you print on sizes not mentioned on your website?

We will be happy to assist. Do email us at hello@theweekendprints.com with your request.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept payments made by major credit cards - VISA, Mastercard and AMEX. Please note that all credit card transactions and collection of credit card information is processed entirely by Shopify and we do not store any of your card information or details on our servers.

What is your return and refund policy?

Unused and unopened items in original condition may be returned to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Kindly contact us at hello@theweekendprints.com immediately and the items should reach us before the 7th day is up. Please include a note or return address to ensure that we know who you are and the costs of shipping of the returned item(s) will be borne by you. Once we receive the returned item(s) in good condition, we will begin the refund process. Please allow up to 21 days for the refund to be credited.

If you received a print that is damaged, please accept our sincere apologies. Kindly drop us an email immediately and we will endeavour to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as soon as we can.

What if there are missing items? 

Item(s) may be sent out in separate shipments. Please check your order status to determine if your item(s) are being shipped separately. If something is missing from your order, please email us.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?

Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping service but we are able to include a complimentary personalised gift card. Please type in your message under "Special instructions for seller" upon check-out.

Do you offer customised print designs?

We regret that the prints available for sale are not customisable at the moment but we hope to be able to do so in the future.

Do your prints come in a frame?

The Weekend Prints posters ship flat with a protective chipboard and does not come with a frame. We have however designed each print size to fit in readily available frames. 

Shipping

What are your local (Singapore) shipping charges?

We offer standard Local Courier at S$5 nett with delivery within 3 to 5 working days after the order is processed.

Do you ship internationally?

At this moment, our systems are only integrated for local shipping in Singapore. However, we do have the capabilities to ship internationally so please email us and we can work something out!

Are there are areas in Singapore you don't deliver to?

We regret that we are unable to deliver to restricted areas (such as Jurong island, military, police and civil defence camps), the islands surrounding mainland Singapore (including Sentosa) and hotels. We reserve the right to impose additional charges for delivering your order to these areas. Please drop us an email to check before ordering.
